Ligamentotomy
The operation for transposition of the ligament suspending the penis or ligamentotomy is performed if the patient would like to increase the length of penis body visually. The combination of ligamentotomy and extender allows you to change the anatomical length of the penis.

Method: an access to the suspender bunch of the penis is performed through one of the possible cuts, the ligament is intersected and the excising part of the penis is removed (depends on the innate characteristics – average - up to 2 cm). It is necessary to use an extender within 6-8 months, which allows to "stretch" the cavernous bodies for an additional 2 cm
